NOTES:
1. The reservation process has not been completed until you have received an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email from polyglot@pitt.edu, there is a possibility that your request was not received. The Thank you page is not a confirmation. You should receive confirmation within two to three working days. If you do not receive a response, please email polyglot@pitt.edu.
2. Reservations for the recording studio must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. After you have finished recording, we will make the CD or tapes as quickly as possible. If possible, we will do this immediately, but we cannot guarantee that staff will be available. Note the policies regarding media services. Please allow 48 hours for duplications and longer if editing is involved.
