Recording Studio Reservation Form

To reserve the Language Media Center's recording studio, please fill out the following form. If you would like to reserve multiple sessions, indicate the dates and times in the "Special needs/requests" box

To avoid delays in processing, fill out the form COMPLETELY. This information will be sent via e-mail to the Language Media Center.

NOTES:

1. The reservation process has not been completed until you have received a confirmation.

2. Reservations for the recording studio must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

3. After you have finished recording, we will make the CD or tapes as quickly as possible. If possible, we will do this immediately, but we cannot guarantee that staff will be available. Note the policies regarding media services. Please allow 48 hours for duplications and longer if editing is involved.
