Yes, but you won't see the video very smoothly unless you have a fast connection such as DSL or cable modem.

Anywhere from $10 to $150 dollars. The Pyro cams here in the LMC were purchased for $70 each.

You can download a copy of iVisit from http://www.ivisit.com. The Lite version is free. There are versions of iVisit for both PC and Mac.

What if I don't have a web cam?

You can still use iVisit. You will be able to see people, but they can't see you.
