_____ How flexible is the program?

II. Program format

_____ Is the screen display effective?

_____ In the case of drill programs, how effective are the "motivational devices?"

III. Operation of the program

_____ Is it easy to use? Are task and directions clear?

_____ Does it have print capability?

_____ How much control are the learners allowed?

_____ How much interactivity does the program offer?

_____ What is the quality/degree of feedback?
