3. Tell students in advance that Netscape may crash!
4. Review the guidelines for appropriate use of the Internet.
5. Provide bookmarks or web pages to guide users through the chaos.
6. Prepare accompanying materials (for example, handouts).
During the class:

9. If the class is large, it's better to have students work in groups.
10. Make sure that students don't have too many other programs in memory at the same time.
11. Take advantage of the more computer-literate students' knowledge.
