Description: In translation as a profession, CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) applications are essential tools. Yiting Cheng will introduce beginners to the basics of CAT tools, focusing on their key functions and advantages. The session includes a brief hands-on demonstration of a simple translation project, covering file import, Translation Memory creation, and term-based use. By the end, participants will gain a general understanding of CAT tools' functions and practical applications.
